Mobile belt conveyors are commonly used flexible loading and unloading tools in fertilizer production lines and warehouses. They are simple to operate, easy to relocate, and can be pushed by a single person. Whether loading finished fertilizer onto trucks or transferring raw materials from the stockpile to the feeding port, the mobile belt conveyor can quickly take position and start working as soon as it is connected to a power source. The machine height is adjustable, allowing loading from both high and low trucks. The equipment has no complex control system; operators only need to master start-up, shutdown, and height adjustment. Daily maintenance is also simple, making it a practical piece of equipment for fertilizer companies to solve temporary conveying tasks.
The drive motor rotates the head roller, which drives the conveyor belt through friction. Material falls from the tail hopper onto the conveyor belt and travels with the belt to the head for unloading. The entire machine is mounted on a frame with wheels. After being pushed to the work point, the unloading height is changed by adjusting the tilt angle using a handle. The material is transported smoothly on the belt without breakage or dust. The conveyor belt runs continuously in one direction, continuously transporting material from a lower position to a higher or farther position to complete loading or stockpiling tasks.
Push the equipment to the loading or stacking position, brake the wheels or lower the outriggers. Adjust the machine’s height (ascent or descent) according to the vehicle’s height or the stacking point, and lock the adjustment mechanism.
Connect the power supply and press the start button. Run the machine unloaded for a few minutes to check if the conveyor belt is centered and not misaligned. After confirming normal operation, begin feeding material into the tail hopper. This can be done by a loader or manually.
During operation, carefully observe the material distribution on the conveyor belt. If misalignment occurs, adjust the tail tension screw promptly. After loading is complete, stop feeding and wait until all material on the belt is unloaded before stopping the machine and disconnecting the power. For long-term storage, move the equipment indoors or cover it with a waterproof tarpaulin.
