The vibration generated by the vibration motor or exciter of the vibrating screen causes the screen box to move in a straight or circular direction in three-dimensional space. When the material enters the sieve box from the feeding port, it is subjected to vibration and forms a linear or circular motion of throwing forward on the sieve surface. The movement of materials on the sieve surface allows materials smaller than the sieve hole to pass through the sieve hole, achieving the separation of materials of different particle sizes. The adjustment of parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and inclination angle of the sieve can affect screening efficiency and accuracy.
