Working Principle

Powder fertilizer enters the feeding screw from the buffer hopper. The screw is driven by a variable frequency motor, feeding material into the packaging bag at two speeds. The weighing sensor monitors the weight inside the bag in real time. When the set value is reached, feeding stops and the bag clamp is released. The filled bag is conveyed out of the packaging position, and the next empty bag is placed on top before the next cycle begins. The entire process is controlled by a PLC and can be interlocked with upstream and downstream equipment. The speed and switching point of the feeding screw are adjustable to adapt to powder fertilizers of different densities and flowability.
