The dried and cooled granules of the npk fertilizer production line need to be screened to remove unqualified products. When producing slow-release fertilizers, they also need to be coated. The equipment at this stage is mainly responsible for improving product quality and added value, ensuring that the finished products meet factory standards.
The screening and coating process is divided into two steps: the first step is screening, and the dried and cooled particles are sent to the fertilizer vibrating screening machine. Through screens of different apertures, the particles are divided into qualified particles, large particles and return powder. The qualified particles enter the coating process, the large particles are crushed by the fertilizer crusher and returned to the granulator, and the return powder re-enters the pretreatment process to realize the recycling of raw materials. The second step is coating. If slow-release NPK fertilizer is produced, the qualified particles are sent to the fertilizer coating machine, and the coating liquid is evenly sprayed through the spray device to form a dense protective film on the surface of the particles.
The core equipment at this stage is a fertilizer vibrating screening machine and a fertilizer coating machine, and the supporting equipment is a fertilizer crusher and fertilizer conveying equipment. The fertilizer vibrating screening machine ensures uniform particle size of the finished product, the fertilizer coating machine realizes the slow release function of fertilizer, and the fertilizer crusher realizes the recycling of unqualified particles. The cooperation of the whole set of equipment not only improves product quality but also reduces raw material waste.
