Chain Crusher

Located after the fermentation section and before the granulation section in the entire organic fertilizer production line, it plays a crucial role in breaking up and crushing the fermented, agglomerated material to the fineness required for granulation. Crushing Process

The chain crusher occupies a core position in the crushing section of the organic fertilizer production line. Fermented and decomposed materials are fed into the crusher’s inlet by a loader or conveyor belt. Inside the machine, the material is subjected to high-speed crushing and shearing by the chain, and then discharged through the bottom screen to enter the next screening process.

The qualified powder after screening is sent to the batching and granulation sections, while large pieces of material on the screen are returned to the crusher for further crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle.
