Straw is fed into the feed inlet by a conveyor belt and is drawn into the crushing chamber by a high-speed rotating blade rotor. The material is gradually shortened and crushed under the shearing action of the blades and fixed blades, while simultaneously moving towards the discharge outlet. The crushed material is discharged outside the machine through a screen for collection, while coarse material is retained by the screen for further crushing. The high-speed rotation of the blades generates cutting force, processing long straw into short, fibrous material within seconds.
Before starting the machine, check that the blades are intact and securely fastened, that the gap between the fixed blades is appropriate, and that the screen is undamaged. After the machine starts normally without load, begin feeding. Keep the feed rate uniform and avoid feeding too much material at once.
During production, carefully observe the fineness of the output material and the motor current. A coarser output material may indicate dull blades or screen wear. An abnormally high current requires immediate shutdown and inspection.
Before shutting down, stop the feeding process first, and wait until the material inside the machine is emptied before disconnecting the power. Sharpen or replace dull blades promptly to maintain crushing efficiency.
