The workflow of the ton bag fertilizer packaging machine is as follows:
Empty bag preparation: Empty ton bags are transported to the packaging position through a conveyor system and secured by a bag clamping device.
Material weighing: The material is fed into the ton bag through a screw feeder or vibrating feeder, and the electronic weighing system monitors the weight in real time. When the preset weight is reached, the feeding is stopped.
Filling and sealing: After the material filling is completed, the sealing equipment seals the ton bag to ensure the sealing of the packaging.
Conveyor and Stacking: The packaged ton bags are transported to the designated area through a conveyor system, usually equipped with an automatic stacking system to achieve automatic stacking of ton bags.
High precision weighing: Using a high-precision electronic weighing system to ensure accurate weight of ton bag packaging and improve packaging quality.
