The electrical control system for a 50,000-ton/year organic fertilizer production line—built by our company for a client in Suzhou—has successfully completed integrated testing at our facility. All PLC programming and operational logic for the equipment across various process stages have been verified. The electrical control cabinets, along with the accompanying documentation, have been dispatched to Suzhou together with the first batch of equipment.
The integrated testing was conducted on our factory test bench, where the electrical control cabinets were connected to simulated loads representing the windrow compost turning machine, crusher, screening machine, and conveying equipment. Our technical team performed comprehensive tests, including manual individual equipment start/stop, automatic sequential startup, emergency stop/reset, and fault alarm functions. In automatic mode, the system is configured so that the conveyor starts 5 seconds after the crusher; the screening machine and crusher are interlocked, ensuring that if any piece of equipment fails, all upstream equipment shuts down immediately to prevent material accumulation. The touchscreen interface has been set to display in Chinese per the client’s requirements, with capabilities for storing and exporting recipe parameters and operational data. The testing lasted 6 hours, confirming that all operational logic functioned correctly and that the temperature rise of the internal components remained within safe limits.
For shipment, the internal wiring of the control cabinets was secured, anti-vibration pads were installed for the components, the cabinet doors were locked and affixed with moisture-proof labels, and desiccant packs were placed inside. Documentation—including electrical schematics, a USB drive containing PLC program backups, operation manuals, and integrated testing records—was placed in waterproof bags and secured inside the cabinets. The electrical control cabinets have now been loaded and dispatched to Suzhou alongside the initial shipment of equipment.
