Complete sludge treatment equipment shipped successfully, facilitating Kunming Lincang project implementation

Recently, the complete set of equipment for the sludge compost project undertaken by our company completed factory inspection and was shipped to Lincang, Kunming. It will be put into use in the local sludge harmless treatment project, promoting the implementation of sludge reduction, harmless treatment, and resource utilization in the region.

This shipment includes multiple core process equipment such as sludge fermentation, material crushing, and conveying and screening units. The entire production line has been optimized and adjusted for the actual working conditions of high sludge moisture content and complex impurity composition in the local area. The equipment can perform mixed fermentation treatment of sludge and some agricultural and forestry waste, transforming waste sludge into organic matrix, realizing the transformation of solid waste into valuable resources.

Considering the complex mountainous road conditions in the Yunnan-Guizhou region, the transportation team disassembled and modularized large components for packaging, focusing on protecting precision parts such as motors and bearings, and ensuring shock and rain protection. Each piece of equipment was accompanied by a list and label to ensure safe long-distance land transportation and facilitate quick on-site inspection and verification at the project site. Unlike single-unit deliveries, this project involves a complete, customized delivery. In addition to the main equipment, it includes piping connections, sealing components, and other necessary auxiliary materials for on-site commissioning, reducing the customer’s procurement cycle.

The technical service team will follow up on the project’s progress. Once the equipment arrives at the construction site, they will assist the client in placing, installing, and commissioning the equipment. Simultaneously, they will provide practical training to on-site operators to ensure the stable operation of the entire sludge treatment system.
