Our complete roller press granulator production line has been shipped to Bolivia

Our complete roller press granulator production line, manufactured for our Bolivian customer, has completed all factory work. The equipment and accessories were packed into four containers and delivered to the freight forwarder. The production line has a designed hourly capacity of 3 tons and includes a screw conveyor, twin-shaft feeder, double roller pess granulator, crusher, double-layer screener, return material elevator, finished product silo, and PLC electrical control system.

This equipment uses a dry extrusion granulation process, eliminating the need for drying, making it suitable for high-altitude areas with high energy costs. The main compactor rollers are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy; the screener uses stainless steel mesh with interchangeable apertures. The electrical control system features a 7-inch touchscreen, supporting manual and automatic modes and includes a remote interface.

Before shipment, the entire line underwent 8 hours of continuous no-load operation, followed by a 2-hour test run with material, during which no abnormal vibration or temperature rise was observed. Upon unpacking, the entire line was divided into 10 functional modules, each with a trilingual (Chinese, English, Spanish) label indicating the equipment number and lifting point. The container loading sequence was simulated using logistics software to ensure a centered center of gravity. After loading, on-site supervisors took photos of each container for record-keeping and uploaded them to the customer.

Customs documents, Spanish packing lists, and copies of insurance policies have all been delivered to the customer. After the goods arrive at the port of Arica, Chile, they will be transferred to the Bolivian factory by a land transport company designated by the customer. All containers have now been shipped from the factory.
