At a fertilizer production facility in Vietnam, the cage crusher production line supplied by our company for DAP granules has entered the critical installation phase, with hoisting operations and component assembly proceeding concurrently. Custom-engineered for local deep-processing of phosphate fertilizers, the line will enable precision crushing and classification of large DAP granules upon commissioning.
At the installation site, the core cage crusher unit has been anchored to its base, and the rotor assembly has been hoisted into position; the technical team is currently focusing on adjusting cage bar clearances and re-verifying rotor dynamic balance to strictly control assembly tolerances within standard limits, thereby ensuring operational stability at high speeds and precise crushing granularity. Installation of auxiliary equipment—including bucket elevators, multi-stage vibrating screens, and pulse dust collection systems—is proceeding in parallel, covering framework connections and pipeline sealing. Given the material’s tendency to absorb moisture and generate dust, sealing and moisture-proof structures have been installed at all connection points to preemptively mitigate risks such as material caking and dust leakage during future production.
This delivered cage crusher line is designed for crushing hard fertilizer granules and offers advantages such as a low over-crushing rate, easy particle size adjustment, and low specific energy consumption. It can flexibly produce DAP products of various mesh sizes to meet the diverse phosphate fertilizer needs of local agriculture, while the integrated dust collection system complies with local environmental emission standards.
The project employs a phased acceptance management approach; our engineers are working collaboratively with the local team to verify performance section by section while simultaneously conducting hands-on training for operation and maintenance.
