Yesterday afternoon, the loading and securing process was completed for a new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator and a mixer destined for Nanchang, Jiangxi, and the transport vehicle departed from the factory premises.
At the loading site, a crane first lifted the main unit of the granulator onto the center of the truck bed, where it was leveled on two square timber supports; four ratchet straps were then used to secure the unit by pulling diagonally from the corners of the equipment base to the anchor rings on the truck bed. The mixer was subsequently lifted into position directly behind the granulator, with rubber pads inserted between the two units to prevent collision. Wooden crates containing accessories and the electrical control cabinet were placed in the remaining space at the rear of the truck and secured individually with straps. Once loading was complete, the loading supervisor inspected the tension of all straps to ensure there was no slack and added anti-abrasion rubber pads at the contact points between the equipment and the truck bed.
The logistics department had previously verified height and width restrictions for the route to Nanchang and planned a path that avoids peak-hour traffic in urban areas. Accompanying documents—including the packing list, installation diagrams, operation manual, and test-run records—were sealed in waterproof bags. The total transport distance is approximately 750 kilometers, with arrival at the customer’s site expected in two days. The vehicle has now departed along the planned route.
